ATS presentation at The International Council of the Aeronautical Sciences (ICAS) 2022

On September 8, 2022, at 10:30 (Stockholm time), the ATS – Aerothermal Solutions article will be presented at The International Council of the Aeronautical Sciences (ICAS) 2022.

Guilherme Araujo Lima da Silva will present the article that is the result of our work with the Marinha do Brasil, related to the analysis of a helicopter landing on a corvette.

The article shows the results of the flow analysis in the corvette using the “Large Eddy Simulation (LES)” turbulence model in CFD simulation and its benefits.

This work is an important contribution that can help optimize the methodologies and analysis cycle of helicopter operations on ships.
