Further expanding our position as a reference in the engineering and solutions market for the oil and gas market, ATS participated, on June 13 of this year, in Oil & Gas: Challenges in Deep Water Production.
It is the third edition of the event, held at the Laboratory of Computing in Transport Phenomena (LCFT) of the Instituto Tecnológico da Aeronáutica (ITA), and whose main objective is to promote networking between companies in the sector, researchers and students in the oil field. and gas (this sector has been showing great potential). In addition, it also aims to disseminate the computational methods of this market, especially solutions with computation of fluid dynamics (CFD), in which we have large cases performed.
We are partners with Prof. Dr. Marcelo Lemos, LCFT’s main respondents, and we have been present since the first edition of Oil & Gas, both sponsoring and effectively delivering presentations about our work.
We were present with our engineer Pedro Castro Souza Villela, who presented one of our works on erosion in oil exploration pipelines.
Like the CCBFD event we participated in between June 27th and 29th, Oil & Gas allows us to show our expertise in the oil and gas area, in which we have extensive knowledge and successful cases with our supervision.
